Clockwork Technology, LLC (Clockwork) has adopted a statement that explains and confirms our commitment to provide our customers with a variety of projects and services while maintaining your personal privacy.  Please note this statement is subject to change at any time without notice.

For each visit to our web pages, we collect the domain name, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on pages visited, information volunteered by the consumer, and payment information, if applicable.  The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web site and used in providing support for our internal operations.  We may use cookies or other comparable tools to record session information and to customize Web page content based on visitors’ browser type or other information that the visitor sends.

A number of Clockwork applications may involve the use of personally identifiable information which is solely provided by the users.  It is the sole responsibility of the user to accept the terms and conditions of the application before providing this information to Clockwork and the sole responsibility of the user to make timely updates to this information in the event of a change in this information including, but not limited to, a change in telephone number, e-mail address, etc.  These applications may also involve the generation of messages (whether by voice, text, SMS, or e-mail) through the application.  Each user must “opt-in” to receive such messages and maintains the right to “opt-out” of such messaging at any time.  Delivery of such messages is directed only to those users who provide us authorization to do so.  If you do not want to receive messages from Clockwork or from a Clockwork application in the future, please let us know by contacting us at the address below.

Clockwork’s website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and accordingly, the company does not intentionally collect personal identifiable information from anyone under age 13.

If you supply us with your postal address or other contact information, you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming events.  If you do not wish to receive such mailings, please let us know by sending us an e-mail at the address below.

Clockwork does not partner with or have relationships with any ad server companies.  Clockwork will never sell your personal or financial information to any third party, but such information will be disclosed if required by a law enforcement agency or a court of law.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed herein.  If our practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes and we will use for these new purposes only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.  If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check the web site periodically.  Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by contacting us at the address below.  Upon request, we offer visitors the ability to review and correct such information.  Consumers can otherwise have this information corrected by contacting us at the address below.
